I typically love stopping here after a class I take two nights a week for just a simple order of 2-3 cookies, (don't even need to be warmed up!) but last night I was beyond surprised that my super easy order could not be taken care of, or at least asked by an employee what I needed prior to the only employee going to the back and processing a very large order of ice cream sandwiches and a few dozen cookies.
