Tiff treats always delivers great cookies the only thing I dislike is they always give deals to new customers that gets annoying to use loyal Tiff treats users over the years

$2 per cookie!!! And the cookies are about 2in wide. I walk out because it’s not worth it.

Too good to go
Recently learned about an app that provides discounts on food that's destined to be discarded. Found it interesting so I loaded it up and was surprised to find multiple places offering this service. Many didn't have any availability. I found tiffs had a couple surprise bags available so I jumped at the opportunity. Tiffs treats mostly cookies are a premium products warm perfect bake cookies. I'm assuming this leads to a lot of extras due to the nature of the business. I thought I'd take a chance.
They were offering a surprise bag which turned out to be a dozen cookies normally costing 24 for 8. Why not give it a try. I ordered the cookies and picked them up. Be aware you'll need the app and a credit card loaded to your phone. After ordering I simply went in showed the code and was presented with a non descript brown bag of cookies. There were a variety, about 2 of each. How were they? You don't get the premium hot cookie but they were still very good. You could buy a comparable amount of cookies from the grocery bakery, but I would say these are just a little better and are going towards a good cause of reducing waste. Worth checking out if you like cookies.

We love their cookies. They warm up the cookies and so they taste even better! Have tried chocolate chip and double chocolate chip cookies and would highly recommend them. Their ice cream sandwiches are also really good.

Fantastic cookies! Service staff is always very polite and helpful. The snickerdoodle cookie from Tiff's Treats is the best snickerdoodle I've had so far! I love stopping in for a few warm cookies every now and then. They used to sell the Tiffblitz which was an ice cream cookie treat but they took it off the menu a while ago. I hope it comes back soon! Delivery service has always been great, very cute packaging.

I order deliveries of cookies for clients on a regular basis, and the service has always been fantastic. But this week, your employee Mordecai went above and beyond--calling and texting me to say he couldn't locate the address I'd ordered for. He offered the options of rescheduled delivery (even though the error was on my end) and then waited patiently while I reached out to the recipient to figure out the snafu and get the cookies to the right spot. Employee of the month! :-) Thank you!

I received an order that was incorrect and tried to phone the location. After being on hold 23 minutes I finally spoke with someone who could not help me. I had guests and this is not cool. You want to have a call center answer your calls instead of the location. I hope you go out of business.

Last week I took a client by your location, after taking him to lunch, to purchase several dozen treats for the ladies in his office. I pulled out my wallet to pay, & I was informed that you guys do not accept cash.This was not only extremely embarrassing as my potential client had to pay the bill, the fact that you guys do not accept cash is so absurd, I do not possess the vocabulary to articulate to you properly how upset I was.I tried calling back to speak with a manager and you can't actually call that or, any location directly, only a customer service call center. This is not only wrong, it is un-American. I am going to make it my hobby to let everyone know what kind of establishment this is. You should be ashamed of yourself.
