My family decided to order and pick up some sweets. My husband suggested that we also have some delivered to our son in college. He ordered some online in the city where our college kid lives. We had warm cookies and warm brownies delivered to him. We also chose to order some sweets for us as well. My husband went online and placed an order for pickup the next day. We ordered 2 Tiff's Mix of Cookies, a Chocolate Fudge Brownie, and a 1% Milk. The Tiff's Mix comes with Chocolate Chip, Sugar Cookie with M&M's, Snickerdoodle, Oatmeal Raisin & Double Chocolate Chip cookies. My husband drove up, went in and told the person his name and they gave him a box filled with our sweets and my Milk. So far I have tried the Chocolate Fudge Brownie and a Chocolate Chip Cookie. The Brownie is really big and really good. It was warm, soft, and really chocolatey. The Chocolate Chip Cookie was also very good. It was warm and the chocolate morsels melted in my mouth. I really like warm cookies with milk but I don't have any milk at home so ordering it with the cookies made it convenient. I really like how easy it was to order and pick up these sweets. Also love the delivery option. I will definitely be a returning customer when I am in the mood for a warm cookie or a warm brownie and some milk.

We love their cookies. They warm up the cookies and so they taste even better! Have tried chocolate chip and double chocolate chip cookies and would highly recommend them. Their ice cream sandwiches are also really good.
Fantastic cookies! Service staff is always very polite and helpful. The snickerdoodle cookie from Tiff's Treats is the best snickerdoodle I've had so far! I love stopping in for a few warm cookies every now and then. They used to sell the Tiffblitz which was an ice cream cookie treat but they took it off the menu a while ago. I hope it comes back soon! Delivery service has always been great, very cute packaging.
I order deliveries of cookies for clients on a regular basis, and the service has always been fantastic. But this week, your employee Mordecai went above and beyond--calling and texting me to say he couldn't locate the address I'd ordered for. He offered the options of rescheduled delivery (even though the error was on my end) and then waited patiently while I reached out to the recipient to figure out the snafu and get the cookies to the right spot. Employee of the month! :-) Thank you!

Overall, just treats offers a convenient service and quality baked goods. However, my most recent experience was anything but stellar. The treats arrived late, and we're cold. The quality was not what I have become accustomed to a Tiff's Treats. It's possible they may have been very busy that day, but I have come to expect more. The packaging overall was good. The store was clean when I placed my order and the staff seemed friendly, but may have been someone overwhelmed with the volume of orders. I will likely give tip streets another try, but my hope is the quality will return to what I have been used to.

I received an order that was incorrect and tried to phone the location. After being on hold 23 minutes I finally spoke with someone who could not help me. I had guests and this is not cool. You want to have a call center answer your calls instead of the location. I hope you go out of business.

Last week I took a client by your location, after taking him to lunch, to purchase several dozen treats for the ladies in his office. I pulled out my wallet to pay, & I was informed that you guys do not accept cash.This was not only extremely embarrassing as my potential client had to pay the bill, the fact that you guys do not accept cash is so absurd, I do not possess the vocabulary to articulate to you properly how upset I was.I tried calling back to speak with a manager and you can't actually call that or, any location directly, only a customer service call center. This is not only wrong, it is un-American. I am going to make it my hobby to let everyone know what kind of establishment this is. You should be ashamed of yourself.
This location is the best! Parking is readily available, tons of options for cookies (the sprinkles chocolate chip and snickerdoodle are our favorites). Priscilla should be employee of the month. She had great recommendations and was one of the kindest most genuine humans! Always the best customer service, cookies are delicious, and they always have deals and things to make the cookies affordable. Best company, great people, and the location is fantastic!Thanks to the tiffs team. That is all!

Delivery was very late through door dash and store would not answer phone to provide updates on status. Cookies were warm and tasted good though. Maybe avoid ordering through doordash for best service.

Who doesn't love a delicious, warm fresh cookie?! My kid and I love Tiff's Treats. I think it was strategic that the cookie place is across the street from the kids swim place. My kid thinks swim lessons = cookies. I usually don't disagree with her theory! I've only stopped by in person at this location. I have ordered dozens of times and used their cookie delivery on occasion for special things. It's easy to order online and I love it. I also like the ability to walk in and just buy a single cookie for my kid. My kid's favorites are m&m, chocolate chip and double chocolate chip. Can you tell she loves anything chocolate?! My favorite are the oatmeal raisin and snickerdoodle. We just tried the cookie brownie combo and loved it too! Tiff's that's is great and I know we'll continue to frequent this location as we partake in swim lessons.
