I’ve gone to this Torchy’s for almost a decade now but had a bit of hiatus since COVID. Ordered two Democrats and a Washingtonian and… wow. The beef barbacoa in the democrats was almost entirely fat and had the taste and texture of a greasy ball of snot. The Washingtonian’s pulled pork was dry, tough and essentially inedible.
