Made an order on the kiosk- waited 45 minutes and was told they had no record of our order. We showed proof from our bank that we had been charged and was told there was nothing they could do aside from trying to look the transaction up later. One of the WORST dining experiences we’ve had in years. Absolutely appalled at the lack of customer service from every employee we encountered.

Yo, this place hits different fr fr. The tacos were pretty solid, got the trailer park and it was bussin. Vibes were chill, good spot to grab some grub when you got the munchies. Service was cool too, everyone seemed like they were having a good time. Would definitely come back when I'm cruising around Austin again 🌮✨
Absolutely loved Torchy’s Tacos in Austin TX. Yum yum We heard the queso was amazing and it was! The outdoor seating was awesome and the space was clean. Such a good vibe! Loved that they had cooler drinks in addition to the fountain sodas. Had to grab a Liquid Death to top off the best taco!
