“Alece” is the manager on duty 11/17/2024. she tells my bestfriend she will not re-do the order even though my receipt states no cilantro she stated they do guac and cilantro together. they still put guac, i normally just get queso and cojita. alece states that will remake it for adding diablo also. but says she will put the guac in there. all i asked for is queso and cojita. she proceeded with a very nasty attitude and rude demeanor the entire time. just because you are having a bad day. you play with someone else’s day. you work in a customer service position, what i asked for isnt much. we both had a mistake. i always order from here. but with her being the manger i may have to let it go. they are not kind here.
