I walked into the Torchy’s on south congress Austin Texas which is my fav and a tradition for breakfast tacos on July 17, 2025. I was surprised to see these machine kiosk type things instead of real people to take my order. Luckily Michelle was there off to the side to take my order and greet me as I prefer a Human to service me at a sit down restaurant! The food was delicious as always but I want to let the management to please keep human employees in the restaurant to greet...
