I love this restaurant. The mamey smoothie is magnificent. And the food is very good. Thank you, Kmi, for the excellent service and the attentiveness you provide every time we go!

Asking customers if they want to tip should NEVER be Allowed if they get tipped or not is depending on the service provided n if they dnt like that they should ask their boss for a raise or get another job !!!

I hate to leave bad reviews but this experience was honestly bad. Cubanos were not good and had too much ham, were very dry even with sauce, and had tasteless pickles. Tostones were very greasy and tasted like old oil. We couldn't finish the food and felt a bit sick from the oil.

On top of this, the night we placed an online order and went to pickup the food, the place was closed and no one was there. It was during their open hours. Two days later I called to ask them to make the food we had paid for and we struggled for 10 mins on the phone before a 2nd person finally agreed to make the food despite not finding my order number. We got there and they hadn't started the food. Too much aggravation for not good food. :(

The food is not really Cuban, the tamale is Mexican style, the rice with chicken must be said to be Mexican style. I think they should put the Mexican flag next to the Cuban one and call it Mex-Cuba because when you arrive you imagine that you are going to eat Cuban food and in reality it is Cuban food in Mexican style

I ordered a Cuban Sandwish and nothing to see, the meat was not good and the bread was hard, I also ordered 1 sweet for my child and he was stiff, he couldn't eat it.
