These machete tacos are HUGE! I asked for a recommendation, and got the crazy machete which comes with four different types of proteins, beans, cheese & avacado. Lots of garnishes. I think my favorite protein in this one was the al pastor.

this is a food truck with an enclosed area away from the weather. the people there are very friendly and nice and super helpful.i got a machete loco for $20 to share. when i say it took some work to get it down, believe me. this is between two eaters. it’s soooo good and flavorful (one of the very best in austin no doubt) and their salsas are just as great. the roja was my favorite but definitely pretty hot.please try this place you won’t regret it
