This is a gem (joya) of Cuban food in Austin. It reminds me of eating cuban food in Miami and close to Cuba. The staff is always attentive and with a smile. Their arroz con pollo is absolutely delicious. Also I like the fact that you can order a delicious large hot cafe con leche and cuban toast (tostadas cubanas). Came back from the hospital, wanted some home made cooking and I ordered from Uber eats the meat stew o carne con papa with black beans and rice. I was tasty, non salty simply delicious.

A bit pricy but it’s understandable with how much food they give you. Like one order is enough food for 2 people. Food taste great except the tostones were a bit underwhelming. Both times I’ve had their tostones they were cooked just a bit too long. They have a lot of dessert options. Their flan is amazing! Other than that the atmosphere is great and they’re very attentive.
