“In town visiting family from the DFW area and was looking for something that we didn’t have back home. I am always looking for a Cubano that is exactly that. While I like adding different flavors to enhance foods, I wanted a Cubano and that is exactly what I got! The yuka frita was delicious and even better the next day. Sadly this will be something to enjoy while in town next time, but anyone looking for a great Cubano this is the place!“

“We were on a mission for lechon asado, and this food truck next to a Valero gas station at the corner of N Lamar and Meadows was perfect. Our to-go container was filled to the brim with delicious, moist roast pork, crispy skin. Under the meat was a mound of savory rice cooked with beef chunks. A small portion of salad (sliced tomato, skinless cucumber, shredded lettuce) in a sweet/tangy vinaigrette and fried plaintains rounded out the sides (I had already removed the plaintains before taking the attached photo). All for $20. A couple in front of us ordered dine-in plates with whole fried fish / pescado frito and the portions were huge. Credit cards accepted. Will definitely return for pescado and the rest of the menu.“
