“In town visiting family from the DFW area and was looking for something that we didn’t have back home. I am always looking for a Cubano that is exactly that. While I like adding different flavors to enhance foods, I wanted a Cubano and that is exactly what I got! The yuka frita was delicious and even better the next day. Sadly this will be something to enjoy while in town next time, but anyone looking for a great Cubano this is the place!“

I ordered the Cuban sandwich and a side of plantains, and both were outstanding. The sandwich had perfectly pressed bread, tender pork, melty cheese, and just the right balance of mustard and pickles. The plantains were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside—exactly how they should be.
