We were on a mission for lechon asado, and this food truck next to a Valero gas station at the corner of N Lamar and Meadows was perfect. Our to-go container was filled to the brim with delicious, moist roast pork, crispy skin. Under the meat was a mound of savory rice cooked with beef chunks. My husband is Cuban, and we came to this food truck for lunch; the food was really good, and the service was 10/10 it’s a lovely family-run business. If you want to try authentic Cuban food, you have to visit this place. Los tamales y el arroz congri exquisitos!
