Tried this place for the first time at a pop up nearly 2 years ago and rediscovered the actual food truck recently. SUCH a hidden gem. Veggie empanadas are SO delicious and freshly fried every time and the chimichurri is deadly good.

The food is good, and the service was fast and kind. We ordered empanadas and patacones and they’re very tasty, but small. They are good for a snack but you need several orders to consider it a meal! 😅

I ordered the Yucca Frites, beef empanadas, and a coffee with cream and their homemade almond cinnamon sweetener. All were mouthwatering and served with Colombian love and care. I highly recommend this family-owned food truck!

Everything we had was incredible! The Beef Empanadas with the Yuca Fries are the perfect combo and paired well with an old fashioned from Fierce Whiskers. The empanadas were crispy and packed with flavor. That Chimba sauce is extremely good too! Goes very well with the fries and empanadas!!

This place is delicious! It’s located at Fierce Whiskers and is around the back with lots of seating available outside. We got the beef empanadas and the little plantains with Guac and pork belly and it was soooo good. Everything was fried nice and light and airy and crunchy. The lattes were great too!

Come out and try their menu. We found it by accident and glad we did. Everything was delicious so we had a second round. It is nicely hidden behind Fierce whiskey in a park like atmosphere. Drive straight to the end then turn right and you will see the modern style trailer. There's plenty of seating areas or bring a blanket and enjoy.

The empanadas both veggie and beef were awesome. Also tried the plantains were super tasty, the pork belly cuts they use are great, not super fatty like alot places. Yucca fries are awesome too. Passion fruit almond cake is super good. Definitely will be back. If you like hand made empanadas these are it.

OMG! The food here was SO DELICIOUS!!! My husband and I got the beef AND vegetable empanadas, the yucca fries, the fried plantains with guacamole and we added the fried pork belly. For dessert we tried the passion fruit almond cake.
Everything was so SO GOOD. The owners, Carolina and Josh were very friendly and down to earth. Super nice folks.
And definitely try the coffee too! It’s so rich. We got a traditional cold Colombian Coffee drink that has lemon in it. Similar to an Arnold Palmer but coffee instead of tea! Very refreshing! I also got a cold brew to drink tomorrow morning. XD Thank you so much for the great food! :-) I will definitely be making a trip back here.
