Love this place! The food was fast the only thing is you could tell the patty had been sitting for awhile but you can't beat a $10 combo that also included apple pie. It is drive through only but you can always eat in the nearby parking lot.
Short stop used to be one of my favorite places when I was young. I came back to Austin and made this one of my pit stop destinations. I placed my order a little bit more than an hour before closing and there was a line. I did have to verify the order because I couldn't hear everything over the speaker, but the miss hearing of pies and fries were corrected at the window.
