I've been to True Texas BBQ in Pflugerville a few times and it’s always solid. The brisket is tender with great smoke flavor and the chicken is consistently juicy. Service is quick and efficient, and there’s plenty of seating so it never feels crowded. Definitely one of the most reliable BBQ spots in the area.
Shante', the manager set the tone, service, and atmosphere of that Texas BBQ restaurant. She was very kind, professional, and courteous. I told her that on my serving of bbq nachos there was not enough chesse. She brought out enough for my serving. I thank her.
Aaron was awesome!!! Delivered outstanding service. Danielle was great as well. Gave recommendations on the turkey and birria ramen. DELICIOUS!!! HEB's True Texas Barbecue is top notch and their staff is even better!!!
