We love Tsaocca. My son is 8 and it’s one of his favorite places to visit. He loves the caffeine free, organic milk swirl cocoa. We also love the macaroons - so many flavors but we like chocolate. It’s a clean and friendly environment.

I first went to Tsaocaa in Pittsburgh and delighted to see it open here. It's the most value-for-boba shop in the area. The price includes tapioca and the tea flavor of the osmanthus Oolong (30% sugar, less ice is my go-to order) is consistent and flavorful. The tapioca texture and consistency (stickiness to other pieces - makes it harder to drink) is sometimes off, but it's still a great choice in the area.

Need to scale down their sugar by like half. Ordered a milk shake and the ice cream was already sweet enough. When they asked for how much sugar I said normal and then later on the receipt it said 100%. It was an unpalatable amount of sugar and I really think they need to scale down what they consider 100%

I would love to come back! Went at a very dead time of day on NYE so we were the only people in there, but I'm sure it's busier at a more popular time. Ordered the brown sugar bubble milk black tea with pearls, and it was pretty good! The tea flavor was amazing, but I wish I did 100% instead of 70% sweeteness , but that's on me. I will say the pearls were a great texture, but weren't all that sweet and had almost a tart aftertaste, not sure if it was because we were close to closing or if that was their normal flavor. Very cute inside, very instagrammable, and a bonus is they even serve Amy's Ice Cream! Will be going back!
The best strawberry yogurt with popping boba place in the town! Their normal sugar level already not too sweet so don't cut down the sugar level or you'll complain about it.

My peach strawberry oolong tea was missing the milk foam pictured on the menu and the boba in my husband’s brown sugar milk bubble tea was stuck together in one giant clump. We literally had to scoop out the clump and hack apart the pearls with a spoon. Not sure if it was an off day or what happened

We love this place, specially after gymnastics class right next door. We love the milk tea w/boba and the egg waffles. I wish they had options more natural caffeine-free options (we've tried the fruity options and are too artificial flavor). The place is cute, it can get a little noisy but overall a nice place to get some work done or stop for a quick treat.
