Food was tasty. We really enjoyed the green beans and tofu. Unfortunately I got the tofu lo mein and found CHICKEN in it. It was very disappointing. :(

Inconsistent, unresponsive to incorrect orders. I'm unable to reach anyone, and they had an allergen in my order last month and charged me for extra broccoli/rice I never received. I tried again a few days ago since they've been so inconsistent. Potstickers were soggy, and no sesame dipping oil. What was actually insulting was that my lo mein was clearly pasta that had been arbitrarily broken in half and mushy. Some were not even the regular length, and some looked like the end of the night order (it wasn't). Super disappointed in this place. I actually have to call my bank tomorrow because they are not acknowledging the two orders that were overcharged, not the spice level I had requested, and oh yeah - thanks for adding an allergen to my food despite the request.

I got delivery from here and had an amazing experience. the ordering was easy, I super appreciate the dairy free labeling on food items!! they updated me every step my order was in. the food itself is incredible! you can tell. this isn't mass produced BS. I'll definitely be ordering again, thanks!

After reading through the other reviews, it seems I'm not the only one who is unimpressed with their experience here. My egg drop soup was so gelatinous and sweet that it was unpalatable. The chicken lettuce wraps had no seasoning to the point that I ended up throwing the mix in a pan to season the mix properly. That being said, the mix was mostly vegetable with very little meat. I tried to reach out to customer support, but have yet to receive a response. While I enjoyed the crab rangoon, just pick somewhere else.

Where to start. I tried using the website but it kept crashing, so I tried calling the store (twice) said it was closed on the phone but was around 2 on Sunday, they were open. So I drive 20 min there, get there and try to have the onions removed from the entree “we don’t do substitutions it’s company policy”, except removing an item isn’t a substitution. He insists it’s a substitution (English was his primary language by the way) simple definition lookup would’ve clarified my point. Swapping mushrooms for onions would be a substitution, manager acts as if I’m inconveniencing him and mentions “I was on my break”, sorry for making you do your job buddy. Despite my pointing out that a substitution by definition isn’t removing onions, refuses to not add them. It’s not like they make it like Panda Express in bulk, it’s made to order meaning they can simply skip adding the onions. Get home, orders wrong, no egg rolls in the meals and the egg fried rice I paid extra for is white rice in both containers. Avoid this location. Also was supposed to be extra spicy, most certainly wasn’t. The color of the Kung Pao changes to a redder hue when the peppers are added to make it extra spicy.

Ordered chicken and Japanese eggplant dish. Three small pieces of eggplant, but tons of green pepper. Dish very bland.
Green beans, brown flavorless sauce.
Hot and sour soup, needs something.

I LOVE these guys! Good, consistent Chinese food, that will never let you down and seems to ALWAYS be open! I never get bored of their food especially since they pair with other companies in town to bring exciting new flavors and items to the menu. A true Austin Staple. If you haven't tried them, give 'em a go!!

The best shrimp and walnut dish l have ever had in my life. I felt it was a little pricey for a takeout, but honestly totally worth it. I ate twice from mine, and it tasted just as great the next day.
