I entered the dietary restriction in the reservation, and also told our server. After we'd been served about half the meal, the server notified us that a dish we had already consumed was not safe for us to eat and he apologized. We paid full price. We were sick for 2 days. So a pretty bad experience here.

We had the most incredible experience at Uchiko (celebrating our anniversary). The food was fantastic - such unique flavors and the sushi was so fresh. Everything we ate was wonderful. We tried the omakase chef tasting and from beginning to end it was incredible. The tasting is updated daily which is cool to know you could come back and have something entirely different. One of the best restaurants in Austin. The level of service this team provides is unmatched.

I truly feel so special and taken care of every time I’m here.

The food is also incredible, I believe they have the best nigiri pieces in Austin, but I continued to be extremely impressed by their hot food and desserts as well.
