honestly just an awful time! it's overcrowded and gross, and the staff seem like they hate their job. it's boring and if anything it's somehow overwhelming and underwhelming at the same time. overpriced i can't believe i spent any money on this
We went here on a Saturday morning at 10 for a friend's birthday party. My 3 and 6 year old daughters loved it! A lot of the stuff is either harder to do or doesn't allow 3 year olds which is unfortunate but my youngest still had fun and my 6 year old loved doing the Zipline and Ropes Course (both height restricted) multiple times. The party seemed well run, the pizza from the cafe was actually pretty good, and the staff helping with the the party was very on top of things. The place was relatively clean (some areas not as much but no biggie) and overall my kids had a great time with the fun selection of entertainment such as dodgeball, balance beams, the drop zone (big hit), height restricted attractions, arcade, climbing wall, ball pit, trampolines, cafe with food and drinks including adult beverages, and climbing structures w/slides. We had no issues, hence the rating, but I can't speak to price as we didn't pay, or work with party staff behind the scenes, etc. I'm sure we'll return!
We’ve attended multiple birthday parties at this trampoline park, and overall it’s always been a fun experience. My child had a great time during our recent visit. Most of the staff are kind and helpful, and the environment is generally clean and enjoyable.
The only downside was seeing some children drinking and eating while jumping across the trampolines, as well as sitting in the ball pit area with food and drinks. It took away slightly from the experience, as it didn’t seem very safe or sanitary.
Aside from that, we enjoyed our visit and will likely return for future events.
Get a membership!@! Save save save! For the price of one visit per month you can come unlimited times! Especially during the winter months or when it's too hot to play outside this is our best investment for kid's play exercise. Get a membership!!!!! During the week from 4-8pm it's easy to relax as a parent.
I use a discipline chart and success charts with Urban Air as a reward.
Even potty trained my kid with that technique.
Honestly these places are pretty dirty but it's good for hurd immunity. My kid has never gotten sick from playing here and he suffers w allergies.
If I could give zero stars I would. We came when they opened at 10am. No one was here. My two boys wanted to do the climb walls. After 3 times the girl told them that they couldn’t do anymore. There was no line. I asked why they could only do 3 times and she said to be fair to everyone. There was no line!!! Her personality with the kids was also horrible. We would never come back.
We had my son’s 12th birthday party here & it went really smoothly! Our party host was Jose & he did such a great job making sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend having a birthday party here & request Jose if he’s available!
Many things to do. The children loved it.
The kids like to bring their friends here. It’s always a good time even for my older teens.
Our whole experience for our daughter’s birthday was amazing! Mark was a wonderful host and quite helpful with everything we asked. The owner/manager made sure we were moved to a floor level room so my parents who do not do stairs were able to be there for the festivities in spite of my not accounting for that fact. We were overall impressed with the facility and how much fun the kids had!
I went to a birthday party today with a friend for her seven-year-old son. I had at least as much fun as her seven-year-old did and was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the facility, including the rides, the trampolines, the eating areas, and the restrooms. I was especially surprised and grateful for the.friendliness of the staff.that checked us inand answered our questions. JESSE, Jesse Is the gentleman who helped myself, my friend and her family & guests. Not only was he friendly and down to earth, but he also made you feel comfortable and excited to try all of the festivities. We had a perfect little cubby in the back of the facility w/three tables , which was really nice being that my friend’s family had a lot of catching up to do. 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟all around and beautiful memories that’ll last a lifetime! Thank you, Jesse, and thank you Urban Air in Cedar Park, TX!

We booked a birthday party in one of the private rooms and had a great experience. The host (John, I think?) was great and attentive. He stayed in the room and assisted with serving pizza and drinks, cutting and serving the cake, and just being available overall.
One thing to be aware of when booking a room is that some of them are upstairs so if you have anyone in your party with mobility issues, request a downstairs room. There was another group who had someone with a walker and an upstairs room so when we got there the manager asked if we would be willing to switch with them since we had a downstairs room. We were more than happy to switch, and the manager and other party were so appreciative and grateful. The manager even gave us a small discount for our trouble, which I really appreciated.
Overall had a great time and would recommend this location!
Had an event for students here. Everyone had a blast!
Excellent indoor activities for kids. Staff is friendly and same time looking out for safety for attendees! There is an additional $5 cost per kid to buy socks from them.
I had a birthdays for the kids here and they love it. They really enjoy their self here. Unbeatable prices u can't beat. I recommend having birthday parties for younger kids here it worth the money.
My middle school granddaughter went there for a party.
