I called to see what all my 42” son could do. was told all besides the zip line. When we got here was told he could only do the rock wall not the rope corse. So got his band and let him play went to do the rock wall and was told i needed to upgrade the band even though I was told the original band included it and specifically told the lady he wanted to climb the rock walls multiple times. Every disappointment in the turn out.
Took 2 hours for just 4 chicken tenders on a Thursday at 3pm.
It’s a great place to bring kids, price is reasonable as well, pay one time letting kids playing as much as they want. They do have everything what your looking for.
We recently enjoyed our twins’ 5th birthday at Urban Air! They had the best time and asked to return prior to their next birthday. This was our first time at this trampoline park. From booking to execution, this location provided the best customer service. I’d like to give a special shout out to Jesse, the GM, as he spent nearly an hour with me discussing and touring the facility to ensure it met our needs. I appreciated he was intent about not overselling and he was a complete joy to work with! Ryland (?) the AGM was extremely helpful during our booking session and ensured we had our room of choice. Our day of hostess, Jenny, was attentive and very friendly. All attendees enjoyed themselves and we would most certainly return due to the amazing customer service and cleanliness of the facility. Thank you to Jesse and his staff for helping make birthday dreams come true.
Urban air-cedar park provided a great time for my daughter’s 6th birthday! All the kids had a wonderful time. The stand out of the night was our host, Diego- he was awesome! Went above and beyond, was attentive, did his job well and very thoughtful when my daughter hurt her foot playing. He initiated making her an ice pack on his own to help out and showed genuine care. We were really grateful!
Awesome place, well ran and very accommodating for people with special needs.
super fun
We recently celebrated our 6-year-old daughter’s birthday at Urban Air Trampoline Adventure Park, and overall, it was a wonderful experience! We booked the party through their website and were lucky to snag a promotion, which gave us a great deal. Despite it being a busy weekend afternoon, we were assigned a private room on the first floor, which was a huge plus. Our party host was incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure everything went smoothly.
The kids had an absolute blast, and the pizza was surprisingly good—not the thin, frozen type I was expecting, but better quality and quite tasty.
However, there were a couple of things that could be improved. The shared play area included older kids, like middle and high schoolers, who were running around playing tag. It made the environment a bit chaotic and challenging for the younger kids, who sometimes got bumped into or overwhelmed. Additionally, I noticed some of the trampoline covers near the connecting parts were loose or out of place. This posed a potential safety hazard, as kids could accidentally get their feet caught and hurt themselves.
Overall, it was a fun and memorable party, but I hope they address these safety concerns and find a way to manage the mix of younger and older kids in the same space.
SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!! If I could give it a zero I would If you thinking about hosting a party don’t do it !party was over 600 $ pizza was trash and under cooked staff was extremely disrespectful starting with check in and it just got worse as the party continued the party host was no where to be found during the party to help serve or see if help was even needed . Facility seemed very dirty windows were dusty with fingerprints, and there was trash and moldy food in different parts of the play areas I can only imagine what the kitchen is like . There’s also multiple hazardous spots in the trampoline that ripped and have been duct taped instead of being replaced. they really need more staff on the floor managing all of the chaos and helping to keep up with the Restroom's better because there was water and toilet paper all over The women’s restroom and it Reeked of urine definitely save your money love the idea but this location needs better staff
If there was a rating of 0 that's what I would give. The manager is very rude.
Another thing is false advertising even though it says unlimited visits they limit it to 1 per day. That's not called unlimited that's called 365 visits a year. Last I counted 365 is not unlimited.

I’ve been several times in the past. I was just about to bring 3 kids there to play all day tomorrow, and purchase passes for
Christmas gifts but I will not be now. These reviews are so disappointing. The photos are awful. I see comments from 6 months ago where management is saying they take it seriously and then a review 2 weeks ago with the same responses. So unfortunate because this place has the potential to be the best indoor playground for kids AND parents.
Great place to let the kids play and the adults to get computer work done.
We recently had my sons' birthday party here. We booked two tables and it was a good amount of space for 30 kids (and their parents) to eat and mingle. One table would be fine for 20 kids. The staff was very friendly, patient, and kind. The two hosts that helped our tables (Jenny and Isa) did an amazing job anticipating what we needed and how to keep the party going smoothly. I really appreciated their help serving pizza and donuts. I would definitely recommend having a birthday here! The kids at our party ranged from age 2 to age 11 and there was something for everyone. The kids had a great time!
Very crowded although I had a blast with the Kiddos, All day long.
I definitely recommend Urban-Air, to anyone looking to have fun regardless of age. The Staff was amazing, some young although very polite.
Price is reasonable & worth every penny.$$
It's got a giant ball pit with several paths of obstacle course over them, surrounded by large trampoline areas, One of which is a dodgeball court that he loves. They also have a giant inflatable bag that the kids can jump on, And one of those balance beams that the kids can knock each other off of into a foam pit.
It has a 2 to 3 level playscape that is enclosed like the old McDonald's playscapes, as well as a suspended obstacle course and zip line that the kids have to wear a harness to do.
They also have a few rock walls to climb.
