A very good Vietnamese restaurant! I just tried it; was not disappointed and can’t wait to go back. I had the pork vermicelli bowl. Very well made and fresh. Served with fish sauce and sambal on the side. Better than what I had at a more expensive place. Owner was very sweet too. Please give them a try!
Pho is one of my favorite dishes and has been for about 10 years. I am always searching for a good quality pho ALL over the world. It is hard to find a quality pho that has good seasoning in the meat as well as a good quality, high flavor profile broth. This is easily in the top 2 of best pho.
I fear this place of business may be suffering. I was thrilled when V cafe opened in this neighborhood years ago. They had wonderfully aromatic broths with the freshest herbs. We still dine here from time to time, but we used to eat or takeout every week. The broths don't always seem to have as much depth nor the intensely aromatic flavors I recall when they first opened, and quality has been inconsistent.
