I went to Via 313 in Webster, TX for my birthday 12/29/24 and they made my birthday amazing! I have a gluten allergy, and they went above and beyond there too. They gave me a surprise birthday dessert (it was enough to share with my party). And on my way out the door I received a birthday card and a gift card for another pizza! They made my day so special! That meal was my birthday gift, and they made it a gift that kept giving. It being right after Christmas, the experience was memorable and special!

We dined at The Heights location for a second time. It's about a 45 minute drive for us from The Woodlands but totally worth it. Our pizza was fantastic! We use to get our Detroit style from a place called Barry's that sadly closed during the pandemic after many many years in business. We were discussing tonight that Via 313 is as close to Barry's as we have found. Our server Arthur...I believe his name was Arthur... was fabulous! He was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Top notch service and fab food, who could ask for more! We most certainly will be back!

This is not a dine in restraunt. It is attached to the Star Bar. I am 24 and tried to use the restroom and the Star Bar wouldnt let me because I was with my little brother who is 20. I have Celiacs Disease and asked for gluten free pizza. The pizza was gluten and I was sick the entire next day, had to miss work. Since I couldnt eat in the dining area with my little brother who is 20, we were forced to eat next to two homeless men. They asked us for money several times while we were eating. Wont ever be coming back here, or to this area in general. Not my type of crowd. Use discretion.
Dietary restrictions: Not gluten free even it claims to be, I got extremely sick eating this pizza.

The pizza was fire. The wait was not. Sending texts mid make to see if I want to add a drink or dessert is also in poor taste when we’ve been waiting over 29 minutes.
Kicker was when we got alert it was ready…false alarm. That happened for 3 orders we had here between several families so it wasn’t a one time event.
So be prepared for a wait and just know it’ll be ok and worth it in the end.

For weeks now the phone number listed for the Star Bar location sends you to a location in Kyle. I tried to find a different number for the Star Bar location but it has the incorrect Kyle number on the website as well.
Their online ordering system won’t let you click the GF option so you have to call, but then the number is wrong, and once I’ve finally gotten to the right number, they usually forget or mess up phone orders. If they would just fix the GF checkbox on their website none of this would be a problem.
