Great food and great time. Service was awesome despite their crew having a difficult table next to us. They handled it great. Kept bringing our food and drinks with no issue. Definitely austin vibes and great food.
The mushroom and spinach enchiladas are delish. Eastside Margarita was strong. Salsa is spicy. Chips are very crispy and crunchy reminiscent of El Fenix (complimentary) with a better finish. Beans and rice are not remarkable, fine. Though rice can be brown which is a nice touch. Several veggie options. No kids menu, though mine happily split an order of nachos.
I went the first time last month. I live on the opposite side of town, so I was not aware of this place. My boyfriend introduced me to this place, and I love it. We have been back since. Last time I tried the Macho Nachos and had them add shrimp. Good lord. I had no idea nachos could be that good. It was my entre and I will do that again and again. Our server, Angie, was fantastic.
