One bartender on a weekend with a band. Not a good look. We frequent a lot of places with live music and one bartender is never enough. Please do better Wally.

After my first visit here I am very dissatisfied! There were teenage girls in line in front of me ordering, one of them in a bikini. Apparently she works there because she went behind the counter to take her friends orders with her wet hair, wet towel, and minimal clothes. Pretty sure there manager maybe (Chris) let this all happen. When he took my order he was not any where near how friendly he was as he was to the young girls. We got our food and the burger was extremely salty. The girl asked Chris to come out to the dinning room and record a tik tok (which he did). All the men in the back of the kitchen where leaning around the corner to look at the girls but in her bathing suit. Ruined my experience and my appetite.
At Wally’s Burger Express there is a lot of bullying, harassments, and threats against a 19 yr old female employee. The managers Daisy and Itzel along with older hispanic women Andrea and Lili and a gay man name Sergio threatening to hit her and keeps wanting to beat her he tells her “ what if i punch you in the face” “ just one hit”, they have been ganging up on that one single female employee who is AUDHD and has been fighting mental health illness for yr. The extreme and constant bullying, harassments, and threats had caused that female to go missing in order to attempt to commit suicide. She was found in a swampy ditch about 8 hrs later and is hospitalized. There’s been no one that has helped with this situation. Charges will be pressed against all the individuals involved. Robert nor Ernesto has bother to answer any calls. For those who seek employment there beware of favoritism and discrimination along with sexual harassments from the GM. Put yourself in her position how would you feel when your being harassed threatened bullied making you feel worthless and that there’s no point to live or how would you feel if it was your child!!! Picture having the cops tell you that your child was found in a swampy ditch to die!!!!! Justice needs to be served!!!!!!! The owners or higher ups need to do something about this!!!! Step up do your job Mayfield!!!!

This was my first time coming to Wally's and it didn't disappoint. The food was great and the milkshake was perfect. I'll definitely be coming back. Also, shout out to that boy Moe who's been working at Wally's since 1994!

It pains me to write this, as I’m usually rooting for the local players punching above their weight in a world of fast food giants. But my recent grilled chicken sandwich from Wally’s still haunts me — and not in a good way. Once a shining example of what fast food could be, Wally’s served up something last week that felt more like a rubber chicken prop than an actual meal. The texture was worse than what you’d find at a corporate holiday buffet, and that’s saying something.
What’s so disheartening is that Wally’s used to be my go-to for a reliably good fast food chicken sandwich. I don’t eat fast food often, so when I do, I choose with care. Sadly, this time, I chose wrong.
The one bright spot? The Chocolate Cherry Shake. Absolute redemption in a cup. Without it, this would’ve been a one-star review.
Wally’s — I’m pulling for you. Please bring back the quality control that once made you a standout. You’ve done it before, and I hope you can do it again.

The hamburgers were tasty and the service fast and friendly. Was a bit too crowded for my liking and parking was tight as well as had to wait a bit for a space. But overall the experience was pleasant and food was good.
