Went through the drive thru. The speaker wasn't working well and I had to pull to the window in order to make my order. A new employee, maybe. Another employee had to come over to take my order because the other couldn't seem to understand what I was saying. No catsup or salt in bag. Thought I was eating at a sit down restaurant when it came time to pay. French fries were very stale and tasted terrible.

Don't be fooled by the appearance! Although the furnishings are shabby and old, the service makes you forget everything. They are quick, charming, and very kind! This isn't the closest Wendy's to where we live, but we prefer to drive a bit further to get better service.
Taking a break here for lunch. Dined in. Greeted with a smile with excellent service. My food was ready hot and fesh as soon as the cashier handed my debit card back to me. Clean restrooms. Clean counters. Clean lobby. No trash or crumbs on the floor and all tables seemed to have been wiped down recently. This store seemed to be on top of things. Great experience. My only complaint is they were out of bbq sauce.

I went here this morning for breakfast partly because my go to Chick-fil-A is closed on Sundays. I haven't been to this particular Wendy's in a while. Once I got my breakfast home, haven't gone through the drive-through, I remembered why. I ordered the breakfast croissant. First of all it came with bacon, I didn't want bacon I wanted sausage. The prices were lower outside the one I was actually charged. So they got false advertising on the pricing right there. When I open up my breakfast croissant, it had to be a half an inch of mayo or whatever the hell it was on this thing. Look like they slapped it on there and only got half the sandwich. I ate the half without the mayonnaise, and threw the other part away. $9.52 for breakfast is acceptable, only when the food is good. I will never ever go to this Wendy's again. I also ordered a medium coffee and the coffee felt a little light, so I opened up the lid and it was only about half full, so really they gave me a damn small coffee.Come on Wendy's do better!

Worst service ever i have been buying my burgers at this place but the two latin ladys working today at 11:00pm had an inappropriate attitude, i ask to get ghost peppers and she said next time i have to pay for it! I have never paid for that! Never be back at this location 😡(Deiver thru) worst service!

Terrible service, what a disgrace to how your staff treats other service workers coming in. Ordered a pickup order for a lemonade and they couldn’t even hand me a soda cup when they completely ignored customers in the dining area.
Ordered from Uber Eats, I’m less a mile from the store, I was his only delivery. The fries were cold and stale, the burger was cold and VERY dry. The condiments didn’t help at all. They got the order wrong and gave me some kind of lemonade drink instead of the Frosty I ordered. I’ve been to that store several times to get the specialty Frosty and they never have. Don’t waste your time with this burger joint. I’m contacting Wendy’s Corporate to file a complaint.
