I ordered large unsweetened tea, asiago chicken sandwich-no lettuce and chili cheese fries. I received a SWEET TEA, A SANDWICH WITH LETTUCE AND CHEESE FRIES WITH BACON SLICES THROWN ON TOP (no chili). They didn't get ANYTHING correct. I noticed the tea before I left, it was corrected but the employee seemed annoyed . I was not upset about the tea, its a common mistake. I didn't notice the fries or sandwich until I got back to my hotel. The restaurant was NOT busy. They only had 1 car in the drive thru and no one inside except for me.

This will be a generous review. I come here often because it’s very convenient for me. The other reviews are correct. This place sucks. But I ate here today, and it was very good. All the food was fresh. Even my bun was toasted. I can’t give you five stars because you don’t deserve it, but I’ll give you four because you did it well today.

Spanish speaking female manager in the evening had a terrible attitude and food was mid at best. Will not be coming back here. Got one sauce for a 10 piece nuggets and fries.

My french fries were cold and my grilled chicken wrap was wrapped in such a way that I could not pull it out of the bag without the contents spilling out so its insides fell out in the bag and also since I was reaching over from the passenger seat to my driver seat, I now have grilled chicken, Cheese, and lettuce, sprinkled throughout the floorboards of both sides of my car and my cupholders

They are only open for drive-thru. I ordered through the app. When I pulled up, my food was handed to me without even a hello, eye contact, nothing. I opened it & they made it wrong. I ordered no cheese & mayo. The 1st thing I saw was 2 cold slices of cheese. I waited at the window, but after a min. or so I tried the side door. It was locked so I went around to the main door, also locked. Back through the drive-thru to get order corrected. The burger was fine, the bacon overcooked. After previous bad experiences at Wendy's, I should have known better, but thought I would give them one more chance.

Fries were pre-heated, the food had hair on it and my nuggets were cold didn’t take the time to make fresh ones. Lady had me waiting for 5 minutes before taking my order, because she was on the phone. Her name was Celeste, and when I told her I was going to report her she said she didn’t care. Bad customer service the worst I ever had.

Patties look like they been sitting there for days all hard and cold. Both burgers had mayo and they weren’t even supposed to come with mayo. There were no sauces for nuggets and fries were cold it was for delivery but I’m literally 5 min away so still shouldn’t have been that cold
