Check your order before you leave. They can't seem to get an order correct. The lady taking the orders doesn't seems to speak English very well, so that could be a reason.

Gross! The female handling the drive thru orders was actively eating while taking my card and handing me my bag of food. I asked for a manager and she said there wasn't one. I called corporate and the line for complaints just disconnects the call once you select that option. Now I remember why I stopped eating there in the first place.

The woman working at the drive thru here on the Sunday afternoon had an absolutely horrible attitude. The service is also extremely slow here. They had us pull forward to wait for food and we waited for more than 10 mins and several cars behind us had already gotten their food and left. Bad experience here.

Wrong burgers. Burgers were cold and cheese was not even melted. Over charged and lady did not care. Waited in the drive thru for a while until Petra answered. Like what were they doing there was maybe one other person there. Petra was very rude and horrible customer service. I called the number on recipient to speak with management and can even get through. What is going on at this location. It is arboretum area!!!

Terrible! Not like it used to be. Service is awful and non existent. The food is cold and missing condiments. Jr Bacon cheeseburger is almost $4 and it was missing lettuce and it was cold. Never going back again.
Totally inept. Ordered 2 combo meals and that took several tries. Forgot drink, straws, fries. Went back inside and she told us we didn’t order a combo. Fast food should not be this hard. Worst Wendy’s I’ve experienced.

Just picked up my online order around 9:15 PM. Took me 5 minutes to arrive at the store. ALL of the food in the bag was all cold. The fries were stale and so were the nuggets, not just cold, but stale like they had been sitting around for hours. Terrible.Parking: The place is usually never that busy, so there is plenty of free parking.

4 stars, mostly because of its proximity to the hotel my family was staying at, the Dr pepper tasted a little funky and the soda machine was broken so i had my drink filled once behind the register but otherwise a normal wendys experience

Please learn how to make the sandwich someone PAYS FOR! this is the 5th, and I kid you not 5TH time I've ordered a crispy chicken BLT from here and gotten just a chicken sandwich with mayo and lettuce. I'm tired of getting back to my house and going to eat my sandwich just to find it isn't half of what I paid for! I shouldn't have to hold up a Damm drive through line to have to dissect my order to pull out a sandwich and check to see if I was given what I paid for. This is absolutely ridiculous. This isn't the first time, or the second, and promise it won't be the last because if it's happened to jusr me this many times who knows how many other didn't get the meal they deserved and paid for. I'm tired of spending my hard earned money and being shorted, PSA to not waste yours.

I mean, to be fair I never have really high hopes for fast food. But I literally just paid $7 for bottom of the barrel wilted salad, a few chunks of chicken, not even a handful of cheese and NO, I mean not a drop of the stuff that's literally in the name- RANCH. A CHICKEN RANCH WRAP WITH NO RANCH. What the hell Wendys? I really want to take it back and slap someone with it! I don't even have ranch at home! RUDE! And this folks, is why you ALWAYS check your food before driving away. Wendys can kiss my ass.
