Worst customer service EVER at the Lake Creek Wendy’s Austin store #2245. Not even enough characters in the surveys to explain the multiple issues that occurred there tonight. WARNING-DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THIS WENDYS. The staff at this location are a disgrace and an embarrassment to your good corporate Wendy’s name. They’re a level all their own… but 👎🏼NEGATIVE STARS were not an option on YELP.
