Horrible attitude from the older black male wearing the headset, after the young black male was trying to help me redeem my $1 small chilli I guess the scanner wasn’t working, the youngster asked for help, and he straight up told me it just don’t work with bad attitude instead of being apologetic or try other scanner, the youngster asked him how he did it, then I replied “he just tells customers that do t work” then He stated I don’t have time for this. I eat at Wendy’s pretty often but never had this happen before. Some of us like to use every perk or benefits available but some employees just don’t have the customer service skills.

Like their salads. Chicken nuggets enjoyed by kids. Best chicken sandwiches of any fast food. Unfortunately, they no longer have a side salad to sub instead of fries.
Very fast service but my nugs didn't seem fresh. My fries were fresh though. Yet I liked the expedited service.

So I just left this Wendy's I stood at the counter for literally 8 minutes while this girl argued on her phone with her boyfriend and never acknowledge my presence at all I said excuse me several times and she just continued to argue on her phone with her boyfriend Hispanic girl SMDH

They were a lil busy but still showed management and honered the coupon for for frosties even tho they couldn't find the button to charge due it gave it to us free
Don’t waste your time. The employees are lazy and will avoid the drive thru. As if they aren’t open . Patiently waiting for this location to close and be replaced by another company with decent employees

I went here a couple days ago through the drive thru I order my food and the guy working there Rudely corrects me because I misheard him I thought he said what drink and size I say my drink Choice and the size and he responds so rudely " I didn't say what drink and what size! I said what drink and what sauce!" I'm thrown off obviously and finish ordering I ask him why is he being so rude ? Im not sure what he said but I left after

Like many other people have said, the hours of operation posted online and on the store windows aren’t followed so if you’re expecting food at night, don’t. Honestly people should just stop coming here so that it’ll close and maybe we’ll get a new business that at least follows their own stated hours?
Luckily the app let me refund my order (I suppose since no one was there to start it so it never passed the point of no return).
