Ordered through the app multiple times at this location, Order instructions are never followed or read. I still get charged but do not receive anything extra that I pay for. It has discouraged me from choosing Whataburger when it comes to ordering delivery.

"It's fast food--whaddaya want?" That's how my friend hand-waved the horrifically slow service at this Whataburger, something he's become used to as a native Texan.

The S 1st Whataburger is a place of opposites. If the food is made fresh, it's because Whataburger cheaped out on ingredients and staff to make that happen. I regularly wait over 10 minutes in the drive thru--not the overflow waiting spot--for small, simple orders like...

I sincerely appreciate the food that I've had at other locations. The food that day was given 2 bites to the burger and none to the fries. I have no idea how long the meat patty had been..... under a heat lamp? Fries were small, dry, and way too crunchy ! A true disappointment, and I'll return to my usual stomping grounds.
