I placed an order online but accidentally sent it to the wrong Whataburger. The manager Paolo immediately identify the problem, and went above and beyond by speaking to the other location on the phone and making my order here instead of having to go to the other one, at no cost to me. Thank you Paulo I was hungry!

Just wanted to say, thank to everyone working on Thanksgiving! Even though they were busy, the food came out fast and made well. Everything was correct and fresh. The person working the window was extremely polite and boosted my spirits with their good energy. Thank you again!

Ordered a kids meal for $6 and the guy asked me if I wanted a med fry and drink it ended up making it $4 more. Ended up giving me diet coke instead of reg. I fixed it after recognizing and its still diet coke. Yall need to put the right soda bags in the line and stop up charging people for ridiculous amounts for mediocre food
