The food is standard so no accomplishment there. This is by far the slowest WB of all. Usually, WB attempts to be efficient with their drive thru traffic. Not here! Quite the opposite.

They are overpriced, and they either don't make my burger right or it's not what I ordered. Theybuns are soggy because of too much sauce or mayo, etc., on the bun.

I came to this whataburger after I moved here and asked for a sweet and spicy with no onions in the drive through and no mustard due to my olcer I can’t have those items. When I received my burger it was cold , there was extra onions and mustard and the cheese wasn’t even melted. I went inside to explain and the guy who took my order very loudly said “ sounds like that was there fault” I have never been treated like this at any whataburger I am very upset.

Drive thru service is horrendous... 50-75% of the time this location forgets items that were ordered, and consistently hands drinks with runover/residue on the side.

Hadn’t been to a Whataburger in a year and a half due to issues with quality/service on several occasions. A few weeks ago, I finally decided to give it another shot and placed a mobile order to pick up through the drive through. Once home, we found that both adult meals were missing the fries, and the kids’ meal had soggy fries that our kid wouldn’t eat due to how they tasted. Couldn’t go back due to traffic and childcare, so I tried reaching out to Whataburger Escalations TWICE, with no response. I understand it being busy and mistakes being made, but unfortunately I didn’t even receive the courtesy of a simple email or phone call. I will not be giving my business to any Whataburger in the future. Poor quality of food received, missing items that were supposed to be included in the meals we paid for, and no response from Whataburger Escalations after reaching out on two occasions. Very disappointing.
