They literally never get my order right, always extremely slow, like I’ve worked fast food/ restaurants ,it’s really not that hard. These people don’t know how to do their jobs

Ordered on the app for an order in 30 minutes. App said my order would be ready when I was 8 minutes away. Got there, no order. I heard the manager inquire about my order and tell them to "remake it". 30 minutes later got my food. No apologies. If I hadn't double checked it it would have been incomplete.Terrible experience!

I remember back in the day Whataburger was so good.I could have it breakfast,lunch and dinner.Open 24/7 made it so convenient to go to.In my youth I couldn't get enough of it now a days I go once in a blue moon it's just not as good to me anymore not sure if it's because in my maturity fast food is not really my thing.I did leave full and content my last visit.It really is difficult and rare to find good service there with the rise in prices for food these days good service goes a long ways and it's pretty much non existing at any Whataburger.Sad

Walked in at 7:35. Employee was standing in the office door, talking to someone for more than 5 minutes. (Manager since I did not see one anywhere.). Exactly what could be going on in office that is MORE IMPORTANT than customers during a busy time? This is NOT THE FIRST time I have experienced this at this restaurant! Something needs to be done. Manager should NEVER be in office during a rush

I visited the W on I35 in Austin yesterday, ordering the spicy bacon cheeseburger and fries at the drive through. The fries were not warm and were a bit mushy but the burger was the b.e.s.t. I've had in a couple years. It was delightfully tasty, hot, and made my drive to Austin worthwhile. Thank you!

After being there for 20 minutes waiting for food we got tired of watching food delivery services coming in and out their priority is more the relationship. They have with the food delivery services then with the customers inside the restaurant, if a general manager can take a look at the video, they can see nobody eating at the restaurant whatsoever. Horrible service.
