I went into this Whataburger expecting decent service and a clean environment, but instead I walked into a hangout spot for the employees. Most of them were just sitting around eating together while customers were clearly waiting. One employee was standing around on his phone, not doing anything. It felt like I had stepped into their break room instead of a restaurant. If they put as much effort into customer service as they do into chilling together, maybe this place wouldn’t be so disappointing. Definitely not coming back.

The employees are rude and lazy. Don't waste your time. drive a few more minutes and exit on William Cannon, there is way better service at that Whataburger.

I live around the corner I come to this location every day and the service is trash the workers are to busy talking instead of working I’ve had multiple issues with this location from a piece of glove in my child’s burger to being talked to rudely by the driver thru person no one should have to wait over 30 minutes for fast food nor be talked to disrespectfully or almost killed by a piece of glove!!!!!! I expect more from the this company

No ketchup in my bag after going through drive through, have to stand in line being 10 people inside if you want ketchup afterwards.

The staff here is hit or miss. Most are nice, the other clearly don’t want to be there. The order was wrong, food was ok. What else can I say, this location sucks!
