It has always been my favorite place but the last three times I have been, they have done with my order what they wanted, I don’t know why ask for the ingredients if in the end they are going to put what they want, the girls at the front are more attentive to talk than to attend to customers and deliver the orders.

I love Whataburger, however this Visit I ordered 3 burgers . Got home had no Burger patty the other had no pickles the patty melt had barley any onions . The Mgr was very nice about it . Just Double Check your Order before driving off. I will be back cause Texans love Whataburger

Spent the last 6 days at TCH north NICU. Spent a handful of those nights eating whataburger and feeling the joy of polite employees that were genuinely happy for our son- the food was on point EVERY. SINGLE. NIGHT. God bless you all 10/10 would recommend- their breakfast slams too!

This whataburger needs to stay hidden. The service is bad and they always get my order wrong. I ordered a salad today and the lettuce is super wet and old. Will not be returning to this location.
Fries are clearly old put back in frier to be warm.. but not re salted. The woman that took my order was very kind. But food was not good, drink flat, fries not salted. Very sad as I just moved the the area, learned this is. Not a reliable midnight craving:/

Ordered at 11:11. Its 11:23. Not very fast food. My ice cream in the car is melting. Service is 75% slow here after 10 pm. Employees can be friendly when they're not trying to put out the fire. Not enough staff to for holiday night shift I am guessing... its 11:25 pm... still waiting... :(
