Waterburger is loosing out to IN & OUT Burgers due to lack of freshness, French fries are always now greasy unlike they used to be, restaurants not as clean inside when compared to IN.& OUT.

The only thing this place is consistent about is messing up my order EVERYTIME. Never see the same workers and the ones I do are always messing things up. To the guy in the kitchen. I don’t know how you mess up the same burger everytime. how do you forget cheese on a cheese burger man🤦♀️

The customer service here is terrible all workers were seen without gloves and they forgot to add a bag to my order and instead of believing me they made me bring my full order back inside so they could thoroughly check my food without wearing gloves to make sure that they in fact forgot one of the bags there was hardly any apology given for the way that they treated me.

Great burgers, but when I was there, a lot of pieces of the ceiling fell on the floor because a worker was doing something near the front counter.

Terrible location. I ordered breakfast online at 10:54am. I drove to pick it up and was greeted with a “when did you place this order?” They tried to say they got it in at 11:17 which is not true. I showed them my confirmation email and he saw the time it should be ready by which was 11:05 and he said “ I was right 11:05 “ and I had to explain to him that was the pick up time and showed him the time the confirmation email went through. Very rude when trying to explain it to him. Instead of just making it they decide to come back and tell me they put the breakfast away and I need to get a refund elsewhere through the app.
Good customer service would honor the time I’m showing them and just make the meal? It was one sandwich I don’t see the issue. It also wasn’t far off from the time breakfast ended. If I was able to order it why can’t you make it?

I normally enjoy Whataburger, but this recent visit was disappointing. The service was incredibly slow my order took over 30 minutes, and the restaurant wasn’t even busy. When I finally got my food, parts of the order were wrong and the staff didn’t seem too concerned about fixing it. No apology, no urgency just bad attitude all around.
The team seemed unorganized and distracted, with employees standing around talking instead of helping customers and nobody seemed to be in charge. Whataburger is usually known for decent service and quality, but this location really missed the mark.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously because this kind of experience makes people think twice about coming back. Except homie in the drive thru he was chill at 2:28am

Would give this place 0 stars if possible. Waited at the speaker for 20 mins and worker didn’t say anything until I said “hello”. Paid for double cheese and got a burger with NO cheese. Waited for like 20 mins in line and the chicken patty was still cold. Wrong drinks were given to us. Every body in this building needs re-training. Very disappointing experience anytime I have to come to this Whataburger.
