Cold fries, sloppy luke warm burger and messy drink station. I asked for a rag to clean the drink station because as I filled my drink a large wet spot showed up on my waistline. The person looked at me like I asked for a piece of the moon. This is the closest Whataburger to my home. Shame On them.

If you’re bored and have nothing to do come here I waited a whole an hour and 20 minutes in the drive through for mediocre food and awful customer service do yourself a favor and go to literally any other Whataburger instead

We ordered dinner the other night after flying into Austin. It was well worth the wait. It was so good.
Our fries are cold more often than not and they "forget" to add extra cheese so much so that we don't bother ordering it. It sucks have to pay extra for something you almost never get. I would say that the food quality is the same as others if you are willing to accept the shortcomings. We continue to order at this location but we know what we are getting into.

Whataburger was so tasty. I got the Double Meat Cheeseburger Combo with Onion Rings...dangit so good. Ordering through the app for my WB points it was just a few minutes after I arrived and the order was ready. A good stop before or after a trip to the Airport.
