I ordered a plain and dry double cheeseburger with onions, they brought it out with pickles. That’s no problem, I return it and say I don’t want pickles, they say they can remake it. They bring out my order and we pull away. I bite into it. They just gave me back the burger but took the pickles off. I can taste the pickle juice. I hate pickles so I can immediately tell. If you’re the manager or whoever that gave it back to me I hope you have an awful day.

This was my first time going to whataburger, and the experience i had was AMAZING:) the cashier Sammy was very helpful friendly with a great customer service and beautiful smile she made my day! The food was hot delicious and fresh is what made me more happy. (Its rare for other fast food places to have hot fresh food) but the bee cave Whataburger is the spot to go to for your burgers and fries, yall ask for the nice friendly cashier Sammy yall wont regret it! Dumbest idea ever. Both order kiosks were down. The drive thru isn’t even a drive thru since you can’t order. Just dumb.

You can’t even place an order with a person you have to download an app just to use their drive thru.

You screwed me over when you didn't have my food ready and you said he'd take an hour and a half at Barton springs and Lamar. I disputed the charge of my credit card. You froze my account and I can't use it when I'm in a pinch to go eat at the digital kitchen. Screw you I'm not eating here anymore. P Terry's treats our customers right. You guys don't. You don't empower your employees to give refunds when your app lies about lead times.

Worst Whataburger in town, no dine-in, no drive-thru, even if you order online or through the app it takes forever

This Chicago group that now owns Whataburger is something else. This is an
entirely get your food from a machine experience. Food should be a human experience. In the end, it was some stale, soggy, burger that had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. Never saw a soul, just punched buttons. Think I’m done with Whataburger altogether…dystopian nightmare

I was in line for and hour and a half after I got the notification that my food was ready, and then when I got to the window, they told me there was 50 orders ahead of mine. And to reach out online to get a refund. I left with no food.

Looks like they are still working out the kinks here. The employees were friendly but had no agency to make decisions. Maybe will revisit next year once they figure out how to execute on this new strategy.

Absolutely terrible. This "automated" system is horrendous. Avoid this location at all costs. I have never been so frustrated with a business.

What kind of bullshit is this where you have a “drive through”, but only for pickup this is a terrible concept

Worst kiosk ever! I wasted way too much time trying to order and it simply wouldn't register my selections. I gave up after going thru the whole process. They should put up a sign...DOESN'T WORK!!! Very frustrating!!!!
