I love this location!!! When you think Whataburger you don’t think speed and my order only took six minutes to have ready after I ordered! The app is easy to use and the person at the window was very friendly. As someone who works in food service I absolutely love the digital kitchen that they have set up here and I hope they don’t close down because of all the people that don’t like the app or having to order through a kiosk.

My app didn't work, it wouldn't let me pay after I had my order ready - people say there's a kiosk to order, but I didn't even see it. When on a 30 minute lunch, spending 20 mins trying to trouble shoot a broken app is very frustrating. 1 star because I couldn't even order.

The kiosk doesn't work right, had to keep pressing the touch screen 3 - 4 times! No explonation( I asked for #5, to me that means burger, fries and drink) I only got a burger. I wanted to add some salad dressing, no idea how to, no exploration! I don't recommend it, if you don't have the app.

Digital Kitchen is NOT practical. You don't want to get out of your vehicle if bad weather and this location has no drive thru or lobby!? You have to walk up to bldg to place order at kiosk, get back into vehicle, then go through drive thru to pick up food. Horrible.

Fix the kiosk, most the unpleasant ordering experience where I had to tap 7 times for each button press. Not light presses either.
This Whataburger location is very convenient for me. It is very accessible and the limous quickly. It can be busy especially during peak times. Food here is what you would expect from an average Whataburger. The outside is well maintained.

Although I would hate to see WB go this direction in most locations, it makes sense at this one due to the terrible parking in this area. It gets the job done quickly and conveniently for me.

All the negative reviews here are absolutely true. Every. Single. One. Initially, I was all for this concept and giving it a try. I've been three times and all three times I have not gotten a receipt or a text to get my food from what can only be described as a refurbished row of gym lockers. All three times I've been required to get help from someone inside, defeating the whole purpose of the concept. However, none of the other reviewers appear to have experienced an incorrect order. I've experienced this every single time. They've forgotten the cheese every time. I swear someone must follow some religion that goes against putting cheese on a burger cause my burgers are a clear protest against the cheese industry. Or maybe it's the opposite and someone working here is so addicted to good ol plastic American cheese that they're eating their whole supply. Regardless, this Whataburger has an issue with putting cheese on a burger. I've pushed through some bad Whataburger throughout my life, but this aggression will not stand! Anyways, go to a different location or go to Cane's next door. Don't waste your time with this shoebox.
