Gets my order right and fairly quick to prepare going through drive thru.
The manager of this location recently stopped by my property (apartments) and dropped off coupons so I thought that I would go and grab a burger since I had a coupon. However, the most frustrating thing for me is that when I pay extra for a slice of cheese and they failed to put it on my burger. All I want is a cheeseburger and then I get all the way back to my office and I can’t leave cause you’re at work. Also, at first I asked if I could upgrade the fries to onion rings that cost more and she said no you have to get fries and I said can you ask a manager because if I’m paying more why shouldn’t I be able to do that. They did give me onion rings, but either way most frustrating thing about my experience with the missing cheese that I paid for.

They are simply incompetent here. No leadership, no striving to make the experience even remotely tolerable. Extremely late on getting food, did not provide sauce that I PAID FOR. I said they forgot my sauce, she said “ok”, I said “I would like it???”. Like are you serious? My order was sitting on the shelf and I had to ask the dude for the order while pointing to it, he couldn’t even locate my name on the receipt. Why are you in the work force if you cannot read. Please ensure employees have above 3rd grade reading comprehension skills. Days like today remind while I work hard to make society better there are people who actively work to make life harder for others. FIGURE IT OUT SO OTHERS STOP SUFFERING DUE TO YOUR INCOMPETENCE

Michele was incredibly kind, sweet, and respectful. She noticed me and my sister coming in—me on a walker, fresh out of the hospital after two knee replacements in terrible pain—and immediately made sure we felt supported. She checked on us constantly, asking if I needed help with anything and offering words of encouragement. She told me I was strong and reminded me to hang in there, that I would get better. Her compassion and attentiveness made a tough day feel a little lighter. Truly outstanding customer service

Guy taking orders is very welcoming, fried chicken sandwich was warm not hot not cold , loads of sauce it was dripping. Fries… I was there at 1pm “lunchtime “ they too were pretty much cold and not crisp at all. Receipt was not given nor was i asked if I wanted one. This location may be in a primary international residence area but It was certainly not a representation of Whataburger!

I can’t even review the food because after waiting in the drive thru for 30 minutes we left empty handed. We attempted to get food at 11pm on a sunday night so it was understandable for us for the drive thru line to be long but what we experienced was unreal. We waited for 30 minutes and did not move a single inch. People in the cars behind us had to get out of their cars to organize backing out of the 10 car long line. An absolute waste of time and will not be coming back.

Come here once a month, and honestly every time the food quality is excellent, and the staff are very polite/helpful. Keep it up! 🙌
