Over an hour wait......no joke. It was a mobile order too; ready at 11:15. It was not ready at 11:15. Just make sure you plan accordingly when ordering food here, be ready for the hour wait.

This place is a complete disaster. Food spoiled, agressive staff. Avoid at all costs!

Ordered online and the food was hot and ready when I showed up. No waiting and ordering with the app was easy.

Dinner time meals are insanely slow in this place, curbside meals frequently are 15 minutes after their projected 'ready by' time. Definitely not *fast* food.

Their night shift also has a high tendency to mess up meals and leave things out that were ordered. Very disappointed

I frequent this Whataburger. Most of my experience with this location is around the hours of 11:30pm to 1am. So, I can only really reference my experience during those hours.

To be brief, most of the time, the burgers are good. There have been the rare occasions where I get home and start eating what is perplexingly an uncomfortably noticeable meat patty with unmelted cheese. Maybe I always go there when I’m hungry, but those rare burgers are the type of cold and stiff that would better indicate it had been sitting long before it met my hands.

The fries? It’s rare when I get some that are fresh and that’s really the only time they’re good. Otherwise, they tend to be more of a stiff undercooked potato than a comforting warm fry.

Strangely enough, the soda sometimes doesn’t hit right either. It’s either perfectly fine, or as a Tik Tok I like to reference, “carbonated poo water”. Which I know is simply an indicator that they need to refill the soda syrup as it is practically empty.

If you’re thinking about getting drive through at the times I go, you best believe you’re either going to wait an absurd amount of time (10-20 minutes before you even get to order), or it’s a Monday night and there’s no one in the drive through.

In all honesty, those criticisms aside, I genuinely enjoy this location. There’s one employee (I believe her name is Karen) who remembers my order and recognizes me right at the drive through while I’m ordering. From my limited perspective, I do think some things could be improved. Unfortunately, I don’t think all of the employees there at night care as much as Karen does. I’m not in the kitchen to tell you why things take so long that late at night, all I can tell you is that it’s definitely going to take a minute. I know that, so I’m listening to a podcast while waiting in the drive through.

I’m sure it’s much better of an experience NOT late at night 👍🏼

Their burgers don’t come with cheese, the meat is dry and salty. Won’t step in any WB store anymore.

Really sad to have witnessed this. Here at 8PM, two full pots of coffee, and management refused to serve a mentally disabled gentleman the coffee he's trying to pay for. The manager also refused to serve us a coffee, only AFTER we specified we were giving it to the gentleman they refused to serve. They claimed that they don't serve coffee until 10, which is just not true. They called the cops on the man, he literally just wanted some coffee. Giving him his coffee and sending him on his way would have been easier on everyone.

The worst Whataburger I ever tried, customer service is awful. You have to wait at least 30 minutes for a whatachicken sandwich. You have to wait 20 minutes in the drive thru before they take you order. Save your time and money and go to the other locations.

Food was fine, for what we got. Ordered extra sauce, bacon, and gravy and initially got none of it. Need better service.

The food here can be a bit hit or miss, sometimes it can be better than the average whataburger, sometimes it’s worse. Like other people said, you don’t want to order curbside here because you will just have to get out anyway and go ask for your food. Also if you order on the app, then go in to get your food, they seem to have a habit of asking you for your name and then forgetting it, leaving your food. Sometimes it can also just be really slow. This location also has a big problem with the homeless. I had someone hassle me for cash in the parking lot after dark last time. I’ve also seen them come into the restaurant and have to be forced out of the bathroom by the police. I get wanting to help but the safety of your guests has to come first.
