One of the best soul food spots in Austin, Texas hands down! From the food to the service to the location, everything is top-notch. The staff are amazing a team of kind, hardworking young ladies and gentlemen who truly make you feel at home. A huge shout out to the owner as well, who always goes out of their way to make us feel welcomed. Thank you for consistently delivering great food and even better vibes!
Just moved here from Phoenix and was looking for a good soul food spot. Whip My Soul exceeded both my husband’s and my expectations. The food was THAT GOOD. Between the two of us we spent around $67. That’s a little pricey, but well worth the quality and portion of the meal. The place was clean and had a nice vibe.

Good food, especially the sides — the greens, okra, red beans, and cornbread were outstanding. Super nice staff. We got there a little ahead of the dinner rush, and we weren’t surprised to see the place full up. Definitely worth repeat visits.
