Me Garlic Bagel Toasted Buttered Onion Chive Smear. Black Coffee Cream Sugar.
My Helper Blueberry Bagel Blueberry Smear
What I got was Luke warm piece of hard tack with tasteless filling. Coffee was Burnt flat up tasted so bad I need mouth wash.
My helper got a small juice bottle and his Bagel was just as unsatisfying.
Coffee was poured out and two halves of bagel now occupy our waste can.
I know this sounds like a hatchet job, but it is not intended to be Biederman‘s bagels is for some reason closed And we are going to need a bagel shop to step up and take over. I want these people to succeed, but what I got was By no means anything they intended to send out the front door.
Good crew clean store need to step up your product game.
I got the most burt bagel in my life.
And they forgot to put one of the paid toppings inside the bagel.
when I told them about it they just gave me just a new plain new bagel like I am supposed to transfer the egg and all the fillings by hand ?!
The weirdest bagel shop experience i had so far.
Got a toasted Everything Bagel, it had a good flavor, more herbal than I expected, but that wasn't a bad thing.
The smell of the resturant wasn't great, it smelt like something was burning and the service wasn't very attentive, they didn't call out when orders were done, which was strange.
It’s a bit expensive but it’s the best bagel I’ve had since living in NYC. I go out of my way to come here when I’m getting that intense craving 😜
A lot of types of cream cheese, and lots of different choices of bagels. The overall place is very clean and pretty.
Not sure what's going on today. However, all the open tables are dirty, they are out of coffee and they aren't even that busy. When coffee and bagels are all that they do, you should never run out of coffee.
1st time visit
Already like that it is not franchise but Local
Nestled near Far West.
Staff young and ambitious
Clean, family, accessible by all..
Servings full and smells good inside
Bat city blend is amazing
my new favorite bagel shop :') one of the few places where you can really customize your BEC. My favorite bagel shop in Austin ~ atmosphere, quality & service was superb. I ordered the build your own breakfast sandwich on an everything bagel w 1 egg white, provolone, bacon & hot sauce. I'm not a big egg girl so this was amazing for me. Drink selection was great and the music was awesome too. I highly recommend if you're looking for a new chill spot to read a book while having your bagel 🫰

I made an order to try these since it's a little far and out of the way. These bagels are really good. I had the turkey on salt very good. I think Maybe by about 9am I had the last everything bagel because I think I got only one. While it's great they have an option for a substitute just because things are sooo expensive I would prefer a refund. This is the only issue that would make ordering hard in the future but really good bagels!!
It reminds me of bagel shops in ny have a lot of different cream.chese!!

What they had was good but it's difficult to see the variety & the staff, while polite, wasn't very helpful

I went in about 10AM this morning and they were very busy so I had high hopes.
After the 4th or 5th customer group that got their orders before me (that placed thier orders after me) I went and asked one of the employees to check on my order I was told "just wait and we'll tell you when it's ready"
I got my order about 15 min later and the egg on my wife's sandwich was like rubber and my egg was burnt. I'd asked for scrambled egg on mine and appparently they think busting the yolk is a scrambled egg.
I paid $23 for 2 bagels with egg bacon and cheese (that included gratuity) it was money wasted because I fed my egg to our dog at the park.
Einstein's and Panera are far better AND it's a better value.
The tables i saw were all dirty and they had a pile of on-line orders that were there when I ordered and still there when I left a half hour later.
Between the rude customer service and the very low quality food (along with the cost)
I will not go back, some places deserve a second chance but NOT Wholly Bagels.

Had a great experience at this restaurant. Olivia was so personable and you can tell she loves what she does. She really enhanced the experience and I look forward to returning in the future!
