In Austin for the Thanksgiving holiday and this spot is a favorite of my brothers. Just a quick jaunt got us to this little spot with a lot of character, but let's talk about why we're all here, the food. Per my brother you can gauge a good restaurant/bar by how good (if they serve it) their sweet potato fries are and these are a knockout (basically the opposite of a Jake Paul vs Mike Tyson match) and the only dancing that's done is with the fries and their Sriracha...
Maybe the only real place for decent people left in all of Austin. Like I can't believe a place this real still exists and I pray that they remain as is. Fried pickles and their "wings" wrapped in bacon are incredible and they have beers priced for actual humans it's amazing.
I make it a point to visit this bar every time I’m in Austin, but up until recently, I had only sampled their cocktails. On my last visit, I decided to try their whiskey mules—and not just because they were on special. They were so good, I could’ve housed both in one sip!
