Staff was super friendly and the food was bomb! The burger of the week is so fire as well. Different one weekly. Place is small so it gets pretty crowded, but it's still great atmosphere all around.
Workhorse Bar has total Cheers vibes, like the old TV show… but if you’re too young you probably don’t even know what I’m talking about. Go check it out and you’ll get it. The atmosphere is welcoming, the drinks are strong, and the food is on point. They have the best veggie burger and fries around, and it’s the kind of spot where you instantly feel like a regular even if it’s your first time.
In Austin for the Thanksgiving holiday and this spot is a favorite of my brothers. Just a quick jaunt got us to this little spot with a lot of character, but let's talk about why we're all here, the food. Per my brother you can gauge a good restaurant/bar by how good (if they serve it) their sweet potato fries are and these are a knockout (basically the opposite of a Jake Paul vs Mike Tyson match) and the only dancing that's done is with the fries and their Sriracha...
