I ordered the chicken teriyaki bowl, it was too much sauce for my liking and the chicken was hard. I'll have to give another bowl a try next time.

A neat little poke food truck in Caesar Chavez. I had just flown back into Austin from a trip and was feeling a bit peckish. I went on Google maps and found this foodtruck to satisfy my cravings. I ordered online ahead of time and when I got there and after a short wait, my food was ready. The fish quality was very good and the bowl quantity was big. I'm a big fan.

I love this chain and it's convenience to my work at the Domain. Imagine my happiness when I found one here in East Austin....except, when I got my two protein bowl, I got in this plate which has significantly less volume that what I'm used to. The food still is superb

Unbelievable Poke, it was so fresh and the serving size was some of the best I’ve ever seen at any Poke location. 10/10 would recommend and I am coming back for more :)
My initial visit to WOW Poke left me disappointed, especially considering the restaurant's high recommendations. It was all a very frustrating customer service experience. I had placed my order around 4:30 PM, and needed to wait indoors next door due to the rain caused by tropical storm Beryl. Text confirmation noted a ‘will be ready’ by 4:55 PM. With no-one walking up in this rain to place orders, I assumed it wouldn’t be that long. 4:56 PM no ‘order ready’ text received. Decided to head over and pick it up anyways. After having to knock multiple times on the window to get the attention of the staff member, who had been absorbed in his phone. I learned my order wasn’t ready. Soaked from the rain, I found it incredibly frustrating. The staff member took our ticket and unfortunately tried to lie by claiming it had just printed. It was clear that he had been preoccupied with his phone, assuming no one would approach the window during the storm. Not wanting to wait longer, I requested a refund, which was promptly granted and he did sincerely apologize. I assumed this would be the end of my experience.
By the time I had walked back to close my tab, the owner, Rene reached out swiftly, offering exceptional customer service. A simple genuine apology addressing the issue, both Rene and the staff member worked diligently to resolve the inconvenience. I appreciate the sincerity in response from both Rene and the staff member.
And so, after giving WOW Poke a second chance, I can confidently say that it did not disappoint. The food was absolutely amazing—generous bowls filled with super fresh fish. Despite the initial hiccup, I'm impressed by both the food quality and the owner's commitment to making things right.

Best poke I’ve had in Austin and the price is right. You get great portions and can wait for your food at one of the cutest east side bars, LoveBirds. I always recommend building your own especially if you are an avid poke fan, because you already know what you like. I have had their standard bowls as well and they are great. Service is fast and the owner is super sweet.
If I could change anything it would be to have masago as an option for toppings, and change the crab salad to a topping instead of a protein… maybe it just me. Even then this is the only poke place I recommend.
