Yellow Jacket is like the ex I consider the LOML but we met too young to be each other's truest love so we just became besties instead. Kinda wild considering the transformation of the spaces surrounded but YJ holds down the good vibes with aplomb. Dealt with an uncomfortable and uncool racist situation with a door guy ONCE and ceased my patronage for a year, but I did come crawling back for the frito pie and café Mundi energy field. Never saw that door guy again, very glad...
Very cool dive bar. Great vibes. A lot of patio seating outside. Quick service. The female bartender with black hair was a bit rude and condescending which did ruin some of the vibe for my friends and me. Nevertheless, would go back.
