Magnificent place and its people serve you phenomenally, everything is delicious and the cooks do it very well

From the time you pull into the parking lot and see the bright beautiful set up to the smiling warm greeting you receive from the owners if that’s not enough then comes the food amazing presentation fresh full of flavor even the authentic sauces seriously felt like I was in Colombia in Texas big thanks highly recommend you come and experience this place.

We stopped here at 9:00 PM after a high school game. This was the only trailer still open on a Friday night in the park. So, these are hard working people! We had no idea what we were getting into, but it was fantastic. Candy explained the menu to us and we went for the Big Yummy. It was BIG and it was YUMMY. Super high quality ingredients cooked to perfection plus very pleasant service = 5 Stars. Will we be back? Oh yes, I believe Candy said there was Hen Stew this weekend. I didn't get the name of the gentleman who was the cook, but they gave me permission to post their pictures. Sorry, no time for food pics. It looked so great we just dove right in and tore it up. Pork Belly and Bacon! How can you go wrong with that? The sheer size of the arepas are to me very large and totally worth $14. My wife and I shared one and we were full. If you have a big appetite, get your own. You won't regret getting one to yourself. Oh, and the homemade sauces were all wonderful. The chili sauce was tasty, but not too spicy. You can always cool it down with the garlic sauce.
