I saw someone talk about Zalat on TikTok so if course had to check them out. The pizza options intrigued me immediately and I had to go. They have so many classic, unique, and fun options.
Shown is the Pho Shizzle, Chicken Bacon Bianca, Pepperoni Masterclass, and Garlic parm bread. All were so delicious! I was initially pulled in by the CBB as I love a good alfredo style pizza. Pho Shizzle got high praise as well, and the pepperoni was a good classic pepperoni perfectly crisp. Top notch quality overall especially the meats. The included sauce was delicious, fan favorite!
Loved the details on the boxes, it is a really sweet and personal touch. From the pizza quality to staff everything was top notch. Definitely a spot to check out in Austin for a new pizza spot to add to your rotation. ?

I won a $30 gift card and I was able to choose what store it should be for, so I chose ZaLat. They sent it me a promo code to be used on their website. Tried to use it, it did not work. Called this location, they said they would look into it and call me back. Never called back. I tried again a week later, they said they didn't know why it wasn't working. No solution offered. Now the code is expired. Guess I won't be trying ZaLat Pizza.

Vegetarian options: There's a few vegan pie options and most pies are customizable for vegetarians. There's also a Supreme Veggie pizza, veggie bianca, etc.

Is Oh. my. God. A good description for pizza? Seriously, consistently some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. Today we tried the Pho with beef and the Chicken Bacon Bianca (added black olives and mushrooms). If you love Pho, you will LOVE this pizza!! All the flavors of a delicious steamy bowl of Pho on a perfectly chewy pizza crust ? The Bianca? Oh, a little slice of Heaven. Most pizza I’ve had, when they say it has bacon, it’s like “where’s the bacon”? You definitely taste bacon here. Not overpowering, just the perfect amount of flavor. And the sauce? Creamy and smooth, amazing! I’m including pics. Sorry it’s not the whole pie. We had been working all day and were starving. Kinda dug right in before I remembered to snap a shot. Seriously so good!!

Pizza is ok. My review is more towards cleanliness/germ transfer. I think the employees should reconsider their process on how they give customers dressings/cheese packets. They use their bare hands to grab the packets from idk where, and then REOPEN the pizza box to place the packets right on top of the pizza. The dressings are complimentary which is great but I didn't get asked if I was okay with the packets(being grabbed from idk where) being placed right on top of my pizza after being in someone's bare hands. I think handing them to the customers directly or placing them on top of the pizza box makes more sense.
