The atmosphere abd our server was too tier. Can't remeber the name of the burger but it came with grilled pineapple and teriyaki sauce something compared to a smash burger was tasty. The jerk wings were flavorful.

Total letdown. I called ahead before bringing a large group (about 24 people) to make sure it was okay to stop by for drinks, they said no problem, just hang at the bar. We were doing a bar crawl so I had told them we would there for 1hr at the max! When we got there, the bar was not busy, but they refused to serve us unless we all went on one card. We did not want to do that because it’s really not a fun thing to deal with collecting money from that many people when the bar could easily just close out a tab as soon each person ordered a drink. We weren’t even going to use that many cards since it’s a lot of couples splitting tabs so maybe it would’ve been 12 cards but they didn’t care and we were telling them that. Also mind you this was our very first stop so we were not drunk so we were trying to be very reasonable with them and they immediately got extremely rude attitudes towards us. It really sucked because it was a birthday party for 3 girls and it just set a very unfortunate vibe to kick off the night.
They actually got so rude about it that they dumped out the drinks they had already made for my friends instead of just letting them pay!! We weren’t taking tables or ordering food just trying to buy one round of drinks at the bar. Even random people nearby said it was ridiculous.
We would’ve easily spent a good amount of money in a quick hour since each drink starts at $16, but they clearly didn’t care. Super unprofessional and not worth the stop especially when there are SO many rooftop bars in Austin! Highly recommend Edge instead!

I had a very unpleasant experience at this bar. I was waiting in line to order drinks and food when the bartender — a woman with short, dark hair and blonde bangs — was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of acknowledging customers, she seemed more interested in chatting with her coworker. When another bartender asked her to take my order because he was busy, she approached me with clear attitude and arrogance.
I handed her my credit card to start a tab, and instead of returning it politely, she tossed it on the bar and walked away without a word. That kind of behavior is completely unprofessional, especially in the service industry where friendliness and respect should be standard. I left feeling disrespected and disappointed — definitely not the kind of customer experience anyone deserves.

We had a wonderful time at Zanzibar! The rooftop had an amazing atmosphere with great views and delicious drinks. Our server, Sky, was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the night. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun rooftop experience and excellent service!
