every single time I order from here they screw up the order. without fail. the 9ne thing they are consistent with is forgetting or not listening. then they have people taking orders who have not been properly trained. come on get it together. I know it is hard to find good help, but this is way out of control. not even sure why I keep coming back. maybe in hopes it has gotten better, but nope.
