“I just had the worst customer service experience of my life in this place today!!!! I use to love this place. Been going there for years! I would often come with friends or family. (It's sad going alone to a bar) Well when I walked in today, around 12pm, looking to just have a beer and play pool with my brother, as we OFTEN do, The bartender loses her mind when I asked for a pitcher and two glasses!!!! She goes off claiming that I was there alone 3 weeks ago, didn't pay for my beer, and tried touching some girl on my way out. Like wtf?????!!!! PROVE IT! She proceeded to tell me that she was the bartender that night, and that "I" was caught on camera. When I asked to see the footage..... ***** BECAUSE (PROVE THAT YOU GOT THE RIGHT PERSON) there is NO WAY that I disrespected this establishment in any way. Or place I go to. I am not one to cause a riot.***** .... the bartender got obviously irritated, claiming that it was PROBABLY already deleted and I just needed to leave! Looking like she wanted to fight me. Apparently the owner of the places out of town..... The only person in charge it's usually just a bartender, I don't think I've ever really seen a manager.... ESTABLISHMENTS GROW BECAUSE OF THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I haven't stopped by enough times to get to know the morning bartender, but she HAS ALWAYS GIVEN ME A "RUDE" VIBE, face ..... I just spoke to a friend of mine that use to work up there and is usually up there, and she said some curly haired dark skin girl caused chaos up there, that she heard of, ... But My friend KNOWS ME AND THAT I WOULD NEVER AND HAVE NEVER MISBEHAVED LIKE THAT!!!! So the bartender OBVIOUSLY has me confused for someone else, then COULDN'T OR WOULDN'T AND DIDN'T EVEN TRY TO PROVE IT WASN'T ME, and barred me from the bar. Wtf? HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ATTITUDE!!! EVER! Bet she'll feel pretty stupid when the person she THOUGHT was me, walks in!!! If she would have a screenshot of "me", or of the footage, we could have cleared this mess up. She could have seen that not all curly hair ethnic people look the same!!!! But no. SSSSOOOO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! Forget this place. It's bad enough that the tournaments tend take up all the tables at night, now I'm being accused with NO EVIDENCE???!!!! I'll spend my money elsewhere!!! I never even looked for other options, till now. That place is falling apart, and now the staff is too.... “I stop in a couple times a week for lunch. Love the food and all the staff. Best bartenders around, I have never been disappointed. Love anything with the grilled chicken. Favorites are chicken and cheese quesadillas, grilled chicken Caesar, Spinach Salad, Pot stickers.“

“I am absolutely addicted to the Monte Christo, THEY DO IT RIGHT! Wait staff is WONDERFUL. I took my Red Hat group "The Purple Angels" there in October and they all loved Stingers Bar & Grill. My hubby has tried almost all of the menu (yes we go there frequently) and he's quite the foodie and loves everything he's tried. GREAT PLACE FOR A GROUP out in the patio!“

“I and my wife frequent Applebee's quite often in Saginaw & Lake Worth. We opted for the Lake Worth location as we were going to look at christmas lights in the area afterwards (12/4/24). Our server for the evening was Sena, and she was superb! Then too, the food was absolutely delicious! We seriously need to start tipping the one(s) responsible for making our meal as well. Anyway, Sena displayed a winning personality, was quietly observant to our needs, very friendly and outgoing. In my opinion, she sets a good example and standard for others to follow. After dinner, I spoke with Oscar, the manager on duty, and conveyed our appreciation for both the quality of food and service. So long as this remains the bar that Applebee's follows, they will continue to have us as returning patrons, customers, ...whatever. No doubt, we will be returning to this location at some point. And if you ever visit the Lake Worth location, ask and see if Sena is there, & be sure to request her if she is. We truly believe you won't be disappointed ... and the food is always awesome! *Hint* --- their caesar salad is really delicious! :)“
