Terrible all the way around. Either they Are very short staffed or they don't want to pay enough servers to work. We've been in here several times and the food, and service especially, are always hit or miss. Our waitress was friendly but definitely not attentive enough And I'm pretty sure it's because of lack of help. Everything took forever. When the food came out it was all bleh and Not one of us out of 5 ate even half of our food. The creamed spinach is the spinach dip, is the spinach on the oysters Rockefeller so it all tasted the same. My husband's medium steak was way over well done. I ordered the gumbo spicy and whatever they put in it to spice it up was very sour and tasted like straight vinegar. The sweetened tea was very very weak like water. The unsweetened tea was very strong and old tasting. I don't know who brought our apps, but she looked like a manager to me, and she pretty much threw our food down on the table and didn't say a word. The least that should've happened was a manager coming out saying hey, sorry we are short on staff tonight. can we comp your spinach dip or something considering we had a $150 check. Seriously, ya'll need to try to do better. I was so embarrassed that I brought my out of town guest here tonight. The 1 star is for our poor waitress.
Edit***** new management! New menu items plus old favorites. First thing i noticed when we walked in was a no smoking sign which i love (im a smoker but I dont want to smell smoke while im eating or be breathing it in) next thing was it is WAY cleaner. WAY cleaner.
My hubby had the chicken fried steak and it was delicious! Way better than before. Last time he ordered it he said it tasted like a previously frozen school lunch. We got the shrimp dip and it was yummy but they dont give enough bread. My mixed veggies were 90% red bell peppers. Our waitress was friendly but not very attentive. Maybe she was super busy. We will definitely come back.

Breakfast was barely average, took 45 minutes to get (with only 3 other customers), and was cold. The waitress did her best and was very nice but she was actually the bartender and expected to handle all the serving by herself. I will NEVER go back

Great place, love the view and the upstairs bar is nice area to have a drink and good food! Just wish they would bring back the Noahs Benedict for breakfast and it would be a perfect 5 star again!!!

Food was so-so. Went in for the weekly lunch special advertised on FB. No one knew about it. Had to show them the FB post and they had to go check with the manager. No clue about it. Happy hour drinks, don't waste your time. Much better places to go Doubt we will be back.

The only thing yesterday it stunk really bad like big people sweat when you first walked into the doors it was so bad I couldn't even eat inside or stay
Really enjoyed this waterfront restaurant. Upstairs 21 and over. Kid friendly downstairs. A classic bamboo beach place.
I cannot eat out like I use to due to health issues but my son picks up Catfish and coleslaw for me.
The catfish as so juicy the breading did not dry the catfish out and it melted in my mouth
Sooo yummy
Thank you Noah’s Arc
I miss y’all

Captain Johnny’s shrimp tacos came with sliced American cheese. Menu said melted cheese. Waiter explained they were like jack in the box tacos. Pricey for jack in the box tacos 😦

I've been a loyal customer of Noah's for the past 10 years. I know they had made a change, so I wanted to come back and see what they had going. I arrived at the hostess station with the hostess behind the desk and waited about 2 minutes, and then finally asked the hostess if I needed to go through her to go to the upstairs. She said no, and I went upstairs to sit down. There were waitsafff working all around the perimeter of the bar but no one behind the bar. I received no greeting or any information so I sat down . It took 20 minutes for someone to appear behind the bar, and then I wasn't even greeted again. Finalky, she asked what I would like and my experience began.
The bartender brought me my drink. I was never offered a menu, and I finally asked for one after being there for about 45 minutes.
Having said all that, the waitstaff who were not even waiting on me, were friendly and helpful, and the music was amazing. The atmosphere was fun and lively.
I took the seafood dip home for my dinner, and, OMG,it was so amazing! Spicy, cheesy goodness on top of garlic toast. I was so impressed, and now I can't wait to go back and try some new items on the menu.
I know the place is new, so I figure the service issues are due to the transition. I hope you're able to fix them soon. As honest as a review as I can give

Not your old Noah’s Ark. Food choices have changed and food was good. Atmosphere was typical, but it was visibly cleaner and had less “dust of character”. Service was not horrible or outstanding with my group of 20. It was probably a little overwhelming as we did not arrive at the same time, so server was kinda lost where she was and who had or had not ordered. I waited about 15 min for a drink and when she was actively engaged with us she was busy. When she walked out of the room it was her phone and chatter with the other servers who weren’t as busy. She made 15% on the individual tabs due to group size. Pleasant but overwhelmed best describes service. Was invited back for weekend brunch, and will likely go at sometime- as I had in the past on Sundays.

Great place, outside seating, view, drinks, pricing, and service.
Food was good, not great, and came out in a timely manner.
We will definitely be back. I highly recommend.

First time coming for dinner since they got new ownership, definitely not impressed. Service was extremely slow , waited at my table with my family for about 12 mins just to put in a drink order. The food was good , but the side dishes didn’t come out with the entrees so we had to wait for them. Server seemed uneducated on menu and stressed out , felt bad for him. Also overheard other staff being extremely rude to the table next to me , disappointing for sure. This place has a great view or otherwise would be sinking ship.

The upstairs is a bar, and the downstairs is a restaurant that you can take your family. If you sit outside there’s a lot of cats that like to roam around. We ordered several things but the only one that we liked was the Noah’s Burger. It was delicious! Everyone was nice and friendly, but they told us that they had sent all the staff home early and we were left unattended for most of our time. I do not blame our waitresses she was very nice and she was running around trying to take care of everyone all by herself. The problem was that we were sitting outside and we were left in the cold just waiting to pay so we could go home.

The food is some of the worst seafood you can get. Stick to beer and Dr Pepper
