The outdoor space is really awesome and we went when it was 93 out but it was comfortable even at 1:00pm. We will be putting this into our regular rotation! “Road trip to Dripping Spring from Houston to watch grandson play baseball, to celebrate a win we decided to stop in for barbecue. We ordered brisket(very flavorful and tender), jalapeño cheddar sausage( no complaints from the wife) fries( plenty with a nice touch of season) , mustard potato salad (thumbs up)and for dessert apple pie and banana pudding( preference for me was the banana pudding).Service and Staff were great!Thanks Bill for having us we will definitely be back!“

“Located about 3 miles and about 10 mins drive from NASA Space Station. Conveniently located near restaurants and shops. The hotel itself is very clean and maintained. The rooms have all the basic amenities like a Coffee maker and added amenities like a microwave and a mini fridge. They also have a separate sitting area with a foldable bed and are spacious and well maintained. The hotel staff is very polite and provides good customer service. The only downside to this hotel is the breakfast. The breakfast could have been better. Not much choice and no fresh things like toast or eggs. The sausage, cheese and egg croissants were tasteless as they are from frozen packs. Could have had something fresh instead of the frozen things. However, overall, I can recommend this hotel to anyone. Good value for money and good location. Good choice for anyone visiting NASA Space Center.“

“Service was great. The appetizer was hot. We weren’t given any appetizer plates so we settled for napkins. My wings were not temperature hot but my significant others were. If you prefer sauce on your wings I recommend you request them wet. Also always join the waitlist!“

“Hidden gem!! We dined-in during our trip over Memorial Day 2021 and we were surprised with how delicious the food was. The salsa that came with the chips & salsa was super flavorful but not overly spicy. Their crab balls are Amazeballs!! You HAVE to order them! So yummy! Best I’ve had anywhere. The Cajun seafood pasta is delicious and is served in a massive portion that can easily be split between 2 people. Generous serving with lots of shrimp, sausage, and chicken. The fried pickles were fantastic. Sharp dills, great thickness, light batter. I ordered a side of red beans & rice as my main dish and it has a great texture and a hint of tart vinegar...would be best paired with cornbread or the amazing crab balls. I had a regular margarita on the rocks. It was ok. It was the most mediocre thing we ordered...so you KNOW the food is good. The music is great. We were here on Saturday from 8:30-10pm and the playlist was a great mix of Motown jams. 10/10 would recommend The Fish Place. We Absolutely recommend dining at this hidden gem!“
