I ordered on the 18th of Sept and it took 1hr called they said it'll be 45 more min I couciled my order and expected my money back in 3 to 5 days I called to see where my money was and they said I never ordered well I have the couciled email and a bank statement that's says I did I want my $ 40.02 back I'm pissed
My husband called in a order for carry out and told price he asked were there any specials and she said he didn’t ask for one and hung up on him
So he continued to try to call back and just cancel. I was leaving out for an appointment so I went by to personally cancel it .. told her why I was there and that we no longer wanted it..left out door..

We have been a customer of this pizza establishment since it opened. Customer services and been up and down over the years but NOTHING like it was today. I ordered $40 worth of pizza to pick up. When my husband arrived to pick it up today (April 2 @ 7:06 pm) it was not ready so he stood to the side to wait.
