I was disappointed that the counter person skipped me. It was busy and I waited patiently just to be skipped. I then went to the other counterperson, who looked at me crazy when I asked for a jalapeno. I wasn't aware they didn't sell jalapenos. Then, when we got our food, they had to put it inside to go boxes. We weren't asked if we wanted it for there or to go when everyone else was. The chicken was really good and the fries had good seasoning, I tried the famous raising Cane's sauce that I've seen all over tiktok but to my surprise I didn't like it, I thought I would so kinda sad about that. Besides that, really good, the person who took our order was nice and I liked the atmosphere. 4/5 stars, would go again

The drive thru worker Kevin really managed to make the experience enjoyable, it's not the first time I've had a good experience with him either. Every time I go to this Canes I hope that he is the one who takes my order. All workers should strive to emulate his good energy!
